Dr Alan Stewart had been appointed as Deputy Chair of the Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance (SULSA) Executive Committee. SULSA is a strategic partnership of 12 universities and 1 research institution that supports life sciences research and innovation in Scotland. SULSA works to foster national and international collaboration, advocates for sector needs, and supports early-stage university research through funding and network-building. It promotes inclusive growth and socioeconomic impact by championing skills development and by working across the wider ecosystem.
